Public Exhibits

The Harvard Museum of Natural History (HMNH) was established in 1998 as the public face of the Museum of Comparative Zoology, along with the two other natural science museums at Harvard: Harvard University Herbaria and the Mineralogical & Geological Museum. The HMNH presents the incomparable collections of these parent museums and the research of scientists across the University.  Exhibits of MCZ can only be found at the HMNH, a member of the Harvard Museums of Science and Culture.
