I pursued my undergraduate degree at the University of Chicago, where I worked with Graham Slater on morphometrics of mammal calcanea and with Paul Sereno on the morphology of the foot in Spinosaurus. After that, I completed a Master’s program at the University of Edinburgh with Steve Brusatte, in which I described the endocranial anatomy of the metriorhynchids Plesiosuchus manselii, Torvoneustes coryphaeus, and Thalattosuchus superciliosus. Most recently, before coming here, I did a second Master’s program at University College London with Paul Upchurch and Phil Mannion, where I described a sauropod hindlimb from the Isle of Wight. Now, I’m working as a research assistant to Stephanie Pierce on her research about Devonian and Carboniferous actinopterygians.
